This snow peas recipe called Three Colors Dish is selected from 100 Taoist vegetable dishes recommended by the vice president of China Taoist Association.
1, snow peas
2, caned corns
3, red chilli or capsicum (if you don’t like hot) cut to small pieces
4, ginger cut to fine strips
1, when oil heated, stir-fry ginger strips;
2, add snow peas, and quick stir-fry for a few seconds, sprinkle a bit water;
3, add canned corns and red chilli, quire stir for a few more seconds, and add salt to serve.
